Our Warranties/Refunds/Returns Policy
Warranties
We sell items in varying conditions with varying warranty terms, ranging from comprehensive on-site warranties direct with the manufacturer to no warranty clearance items. Warranties and conditions of the items are always specified in the item details pages. Should your item become defective within the warranty period or if there is an issue with your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us emailing us at sales@ndc.co.uk. We will initially try to diagnose and rectify your issues remotely however if we cannot you may be asked to return the item to us. In this case you would be responsible for packaging the item properly and sending it back to us and we would be responsible for rectifying the matter and sending the item back to you. In cases where we are not able to repair an item we may offer you an equivalent or better replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds will be given in the original payment method used by you when you purchased the item if you notify us within 14 days of you receiving the product that you wish to be refunded (not applicable on As Is/Faulty/Clearance items). Refunds after 14 days will be given in store credit.
Returns
For UK customers, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or you have simply changed your mind about rour purchase then you can return the item(s) item provided you inform us of this decision via letter or e-mail to customer services within14 working days of receipt. Once you have informed us of your decision to return goods,you must return the item(s) at your own expense within 30 days of you receiving the item(s).
For customers outside of the UK, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or you have simply changed your mind about rour purchase then you can return the item(s) item provided you inform us of this decision via letter or e-mail to customer services within14 working days of placing the order. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are cleared at the border (if required) efficiently. For customers pre-paying taxes/duties this period is extended to 14 days of receiving the order. Once you have informed us of your decision to return the goods, you must return the item(s) at your own expense within 14 days of intention to return. It is your responsibility to ensure export/import paperwork is filed correctly and no taxes/duties are to be paid on return. Should a payment be requested at import, it will be your responsiibility to cover these cost otherwise the items are liable to be returned back to you or destroyed.
You will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be in the original condition when returned to us. All items must be complete with original packaging, manuals, disks, cables etc as originally supplied. Manufacturer packaging must not be defaced in any manner.

Once we receive back the items we will refund you via the same method you made the original payment in.
Please note customers with Trade accounts are exempt from this.
The right to cancel under does not apply to the following:
- Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification.
- Computer software.
- Notebooks/Laptops with installed software.
- Any item(s) with software or warranty that has been registered by the consumer.
